1️⃣ Unboxing & Checking the Contents

Before setting up, make sure the package includes:


✅ 1x Raindrop Cloud Humidifier
✅ 1x USB Power Cable
✅ 1x User Manual

2️⃣ How to Set Up the Humidifier

Step 1: Fill the Water Tank

  • Remove the cloud top cover from the base.
  • Pour clean tap water into the water tank. (Do not exceed the max level)
  • If you want a fragrance diffuser, add a few drops of essential oil.
  • Place the cloud top back onto the tank securely.

Step 2: Connecting Power

  • Plug the USB power cable into the humidifier.
  • Connect the other end to a USB adapter, power bank, or laptop.
  • Make sure the connection is secure before turning it on.

3️⃣ How to Use the Humidifier & Light Features

Turning the Humidifier ON/OFF

  • Press the Power Button once to start the rain fall function.
  • Press again to switch rain fall mode (continuous/intermittent).
  • Press & hold to turn the humidifier off.

Using the 7-Color LED Light

  • Press the Light Button to turn on the LED lights.
  • The colors will change automatically in a smooth transition.
  • Press again to fix a specific color of your choice.
  • Press & hold to turn off the light without affecting the rain fall  function.

4️⃣ Maintenance & Cleaning (Recommended Weekly)

✅ Turn off & unplug the device before cleaning.
✅ Empty the water tank completely after every use.
✅ Use a soft cloth or cotton swab to clean the water reservoir.

✅ Do not use boiling water or strong chemicals for cleaning.

5️⃣ Troubleshooting Guide

🚫 No rain fall coming out?
✔️ Make sure there is enough water in the tank.

✔️ Ensure the power connection is secure.

🚫 Water leaking?
✔️ Do not overfill the tank beyond the max level.
✔️ Ensure the cloud top is placed properly.

🚫 Weak rain fall output?

✔️ Clean the humidifier properly to remove any blockages.

6️⃣ Safety Precautions

⚠️ Use only clean water, avoid mineral water or hard water.
⚠️ Do not tilt or shake the device while it’s running.
⚠️ Keep out of reach of children and pets.
⚠️ Do not use it in extreme humidity or heat.
